Our Mission

We are more than a stage performance; we are a cultural refuge where Peruvian heritage is passed down, celebrated, and lived in family. Through every event and rhythm, we bring our home traditions to life in Minnesota.

  • Asociación Cultural Kuyayki Perú–Minnesota is an artist-led 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to keeping alive the joys, triumphs, and rich traditions that our music has told for generations.

  • More than just a performance collective, we recreate that sacred space where music, dance, and food transform us into family. Through vibrant public events, workshops, and educational programs, we bring the living memories of Peru to life, inviting everyone to share in our stories.

  • We build a living bridge between generations and cultures, uniting those rooted in Peru with new generations born and raised in Minnesota. Over the past 10 years, we have mobilized more than 100 volunteers, collaborated with 15 renowned Peruvian artists, and welcomed over 500 attendees to our landmark festival, Celebrando al Perú—all while forging strategic partnerships with local businesses to champion Peruvian cuisine, jewelry, and craftsmanship.

What We Do

Celebrando al Peru Festival

Celebrando al Perú is Minnesota’s largest Peruvian cultural festival. Join nearly 500 attendees for a vibrant celebration featuring authentic food, traditional regional dance performances, live music, local vendors, and a high-energy Hora Loca dance party!
